The trainings available on our website are online, in person and in person+online.
TOPOGIS (Topography and Geographic Information Systems) is an Angolan company registered at the notary office and which respects the privacy of users and wants everyone to understand how it is collected, the data we collect through registration and/or enrollment in the course are used to keep in touch with our users/trainees and miscellaneous instructions as well as marketing plan and miscellaneous analyses.

For customers who buy a course and those who register on an existing landing page on the site, we promise to protect your information internally and any legal issue that has nothing to do with our services will not interfere, The data collected when filled will not will be sold or given to third parties. With the data, we can quickly make queries in order to identify user patterns to suggest classes and direct sales accordingly. if you do not agree with the registration of your data, leave it inactive when filling out the form, geoadvertising will be active and our teams can communicate with you until the delivery date of your final project, which is our certificate delivery policy . 1. Definitions.

2. Types of data
We may collect different data about you, or provided by you, according to how you use the Services. Here are some examples to help you better understand the data we collect.
When the user registers and uses our current services and parallel to the TOPOGIS platforms, we collect all data directly provided by him, including:
Account details; email, password, phone number, gender, race, photo and information from the attached documents and the ID generated when registering
Profile data; photo, likes, social networks and that can be publicly seen by other users
Educational content data; researched course, to be attended, information disseminated in the communities about its evolution and contact with our platforms, published projects.
Payment status; In order to monitor and be able to perform billing and other user analytics, we will collect data on each user's payment status.
Survey and sweepstakes; We may invite you to participate in sweepstakes and surveys, data from your responses will be collected by us to inform you about the event as well as we do internal data analysis.
Communications and support; Usually there will be users who communicate with us to request information or have questions, messages left about the requested information will be stored by us in order to provide support and technical support such as: user location, telephone, email, ID, refunds .
The request for the preparation of a Location Sketch of your parcel is accepted if you agree with our terms of use, just agree that our technical team starts working in the process to find the technician who will prepare it, communication will be between the technicians internal TOPOGIS in order to give directions on how to proceed to obtain instructions to collect the coordinates of the land as well as the link to download the PDF version of the work and deliver the material in physical format.

3. Provision of services

Section 2 - Payments and Refunds

You are not authorized to share login credentials with anyone else. What happens to your account is your responsibility, and TOPOGIS will not interfere in disputes between students or instructors who have shared login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you learn that someone else is using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by contacting our support team. You may need to provide some information so that we can confirm that you are, in fact, the owner of the account.

Subscriptions to lifetime content.
Our online courses have lifetime access, upon registration the user receives a license from the TOPOGIS academy to view it through the academy platform, but not for other purposes. The sale or transfer of the contents by other means is prohibited. The user receives a lifetime access license, except when purchasing a course by subscribing to a different plan or on-site courses only.

The licenses of online courses, being by plans, are unique and exclusive to the user/trainee and it is prohibited to transmit, resell, modify, lend, reproduce, share and distribute without any prior authorization and written agreement with the TOPOGIS academy. .

The prices of our courses are determined by us according to the market and quality of our content. We show the values ​​broken down in each course (either online or in-person courses). It is important to note that all courses presented on our platforms are linked to geotechnology and your purchases can be made through online payment methods presented on the website or even through other payment methods accepted by us after prior contact.

The price listed for the courses will be in the country's currency, based on the location detected by wix (wix plans) not being able to view the prices in another currency, it is up to TOPOGIS to send the taxes to the tax authorities of the country where it is based.
Prices shown on the platform may include taxes or be added at checkout.
Pay
When payment is via one of the online payment methods accepted by wix, the user agrees to pay the fees for the content purchased and authorizes us to charge their debit or credit card or process other payment methods (such as bank slip, SEPA, debit direct or mobile wallet) in relation to these rates. TOPOGIS works with payment processing partners to provide the user with the most convenient payment methods possible in the country in which they reside and to maintain the security of payment information. We may update your payment methods using the information provided by our payment partners.

Refunds
If the purchased content is not what the user expected, the user can request within 10 days a refund of the content purchase, a refund credit or a refund on his account by TOPOGIS academy. Refunds do not apply to subscription plan purchases as per the paragraph below.
By enrolling in a Subscription Plan and submitting billing information during checkout, the user grants TOPOGIS and payment service partners the right to process payment for the applicable fees by the payment method registered to the user . At the end of each subscription period, we will automatically renew the subscription for the same duration and process by payment method using current rates.
If we update the payment method using the information provided by our payment service providers (as described in the "Payments, Credits and Refunds" section above), you authorize us to continue charging the current fees for the updated payment method.
If it is not possible to process the payment for the registered instrument for the User, or if the User requests a chargeback contesting changes made to the payment method and such chargeback is granted, we may suspend or terminate the subscription.
We reserve the right to change our Subscription Plans or adjust the prices of our Services at our sole discretion. Any price changes or subscription changes will be effective upon notice to the user, unless otherwise determined by applicable law.

User agrees
that by registering, accessing or using our services, you agree to sign and be bound by a legal contract with TOPOGIS on behalf of your academy (TOPOGIS Academy). If you do not agree, just do not register or use any of our services.
Conflicts
Our support and technical support team will be available to resolve conflicting issues whenever possible. If no agreement is reached, the options are to go to an arbitrary court in the country where we are located (Angola) or to go to the small claims court in the same country mentioned.
Most conflicts can be resolved. Therefore, before proceeding to formal legal action, first try to get in touch with our support and technical support team.
